• Cyberattacks, DDoS, or unauthorized access to computer systems.
• Creating fraudulent accounts or "credential stuffing".
• Bypassing security measures of services you do not have permission to access.
• Any illegal activity under applicable laws.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments & Credits

• Services are provided on a prepaid credit basis.
• Credits purchased are non-refundable except as required by law or our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

CaptchaSonic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CaptchaSonic at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
