This document outlines the official policy of CaptchaSonic regarding copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and our protocols for handling service abuse.
1. Compliance as a Service Provider
CaptchaSonic operates as a neutral technology service provider. We provide automated recognition tools used at the direction of our users. We do not host copyrighted content, nor do we monitor the specific intent of every API request. However, we are committed to responding to valid DMCA notices regarding any potential infringement occurring through our infrastructure.
2. Automated CAPTCHA Recognition Disclaimer
Our service provides automated recognition for various challenge types (reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, GeeTest, etc.) to assist in accessibility and legitimate testing.
USER RESPONSIBILITY: It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure their use of CaptchaSonic does not violate the terms of service or intellectual property rights of any third-party platform. CaptchaSonic assumes ZERO LIABILITY for any account bans or legal ramifications resulting from the automated solving of third-party challenges.
3. How to File a DMCA Complaint
If you are a copyright owner and believe that our service is being used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Agent with a written notice containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material (e.g., API endpoint or specific result type) that is claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information (Address, phone, email).
- A statement of good faith belief.
- A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury.

5. Abuse & Anti-Fraud Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for using our infrastructure to facilitate:

Enforcement: Accounts found in violation will be terminated immediately. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and third-party platforms for the investigation of such activities.
